Enrolment Procedure:
- Enrolment is conducted in person only. Students must present either a valid student ID, or a valid personal ID, and their Admission Letter (if available).
- Students are required to attend enrolment in person on the assigned date. If a student (accepted applicant) does not attend enrolment on the given time, they must submit an apology within five days of the scheduled date. A substitute enrolment date will be provided by the Dean. Failure to attend without apology will result in forfeiture of student status.
- Enrolment is possible from the day after passing the Final State Examination (SZZ) at the Study Office.
- At the enrolment:
- submit a valid personal ID card
- fill in the enrolment form.
- Students must register for courses chosen solely for the winter semester in the KOS system themselves, according to the 2026–2027 curriculum of FNSPE CTU (see Guidelines for Self-enrolment in KOS below). After registration, students must email their study officer petra [dot] antonova [at] fjfi [dot] cvut [dot] cz (petra[dot]antonova[at]fjfi[dot]cvut[dot]cz), who will finalize the enrolment in KOS.
- Course registration must comply with the CURRENT FNSPE study plan for the relevant year.
- Students must verify their personal data in the KOS system. Updates to contact address can be made in KOS; other changes (e.g., surname, Czech bank account number, permanent address, etc.) must be reported to petra [dot] antonova [at] fjfi [dot] cvut [dot] cz (petra[dot]antonova[at]fjfi[dot]cvut[dot]cz).
- Only winter semester courses are to be registered at this time.
- Starting the day after enrolment, students should pick up their student ID and KOS login credentials at the CTU Card Centre (Address: Jugoslávských partyzánů 1580/3, Prague 6, entrance B3, above the Technical Canteen). At the same time, students may request their KOS username and password. (This does not apply to FNSPE Prague graduates.)
