Department of Humanities and Languages (14104)

Teaching

The Department of Humanities and Languages provides instruction for students across all study programmes. It offers a wide range of courses that enable students to develop their language skills from the very basics to advanced levels. Beginners may enrol in Spanish, French, or Russian courses, while more advanced students can also attend classes led by native speakers.

The department also participates in teaching the Applied Informatics study programme, which emphasizes not only technical knowledge but also a high level of language competence. Most semester projects, as well as final theses, are completed in English, allowing students to demonstrate their ability to articulate specialised ideas fluently in a foreign language.
