The Student Affairs department oversees all agendas concerning bachelor and masters’ study programmes and the associated teaching activity of FNSPE. The department falls under the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs’ competency.

Department competencies by order of the Dean:

  • managing the bachelor's and master's study programmes' teaching agendas,
  • organising student enrolment, admission process and matriculation for bachelor’s and master’s study programmes,
  • agendas concerning the State Final Examinations (SFE) and graduation,
  • processing materials for the register,
  • processing statements for health insurance agencies and the Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA) for students,
  • processing record and statistics for the Institute for Information on Education,
  • managing agendas associated with awarding scholarships to bachelor’s and master’s students,
  • archiving materials concerning studies, SFE and the admissions process for bachelor’s and master’s programmes,
  • managing the bachelor’s and master’s programmes' graduates database,
  • preparing background documents for the accreditation processes for bachelor’s and master’s study programmes,
  • drafting regulations issued by the Dean or Vice-Deans concerning bachelor’s and master’s study programmes, monitoring compliance with existing regulations,
  • managing the student awards agenda for bachelor’s and master’s study programmes,
  • preparing background documents for the strategic plan in education and creative activities,
  • preparing and evaluating surveys associated with teaching activities,
  • handling common bachelor’s and master’s students’ requests, complaints and comments,
  • preparing the White Book of Bachelor’s and Master’s study programmes at FNSPE,
  • preparing background materials for the FNSPE and CTU Annual Report in Education,
  • managing study reports in the KOS database for bachelor’s and master’s study programmes,
  • cooperating with corresponding CTU Rectorate departments in all the above mentioned competencies,
  • ERASMUS programme agenda (in co-operation with the International Relations and PR Department.
