Department competencies by order of the Dean:
- ensuring all services related to building operations are in compliance with current regulations, faculty interests and needs,
- providing utility services for electrical, gas, heating and lighting equipment, air-conditioning and supplying service and drinking water,
- providing transportation services, including managing the car park,
- facilitating the functions of fire and security engineers,
- performing all technical, revisionary and service checks according to the schedule,
- managing FNSPE assets rentals,
- fulfilling the relevant road and property tax provisions of FNSPE,
- providing cleaning services for all FNSPE buildings,
- providing all regular repairs,
- providing all regular repairs
- managing operation and functioning of common rooms, rooms for communal childcare, buffet and the Dean’s Office kitchen
- cooperating with corresponding CTU Rectorate departments in all the above mentioned competencies.
