Spectrum of Schrödinger operators via the method of multipliers

We study the spectrum of Schrödinger operators using the method of multipliers. We find sufficient conditions for the absence of the point spectrum of an operator with complex potential on a half-space with various boundary conditions and for an operator with a metric. We give a brief introduction to the method of multipliers.
