This Bachelor's Thesis deals with liquid-liquid extraction of Sg homologs, Mo and W, from the perspective of possible Sg chemistry studies. The theoretical part provides a basic description of properties of the transactinides and a summarization of systems proposed for their study. Further, it includes an overview of Sg, W, and Mo chemistry. The next section of the theoretical part deals with the liquid-liquid extraction, the separation method used in this work. The experimental part of this work seeks to investigate the potential utilization of the extraction agent Aliquat 336 for the liquid-liquid extraction of Mo and W from hydrochloric acid solutions. The primary objective of this study is to provide a fundamental characterization of the extraction system HCl/Aliquat 336 in kerosene with the addition of octanol. The investigation involves a series of experiments to assess the system's basic kinetics and the influence of the composition of both phases, aiming to identify such parameters of the selected extraction system, so that the extraction of Mo and W is the fastest and most efficient.
