What does it mean? From November 2025, signing in to university systems (KOS, FIS, UserMap, Office365, e-mail…) will no longer be just about your username and password. You will have to add a second step – for example, confirmation in a mobile app. Just like with online banking. We strongly recommend setting it up in advance.
