Starting from the Academic Year 2023/2024, the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical has transitioned to assigning the Final University Theses (further referred to as FUT) through the KOS system. Other assignment formats will no longer be accepted. Similarly, submission of Final University Theses is strictly electronic. Students can submit their work independently via KOS or through departmental SFE (further referred to as State Final Examination) Administrators, who will upload the final thesis to KOS. The advantage of submission via Administrators is the possibility of verifying the requisites of the thesis by the Administrator.
Thesis reviews are uploaded to KOS by the SFE Administrator. It is no longer required to submit paper versions of reviews with original signatures. A scanned PDF version of the review with the signature is sufficient.
A thesis review must include:
- The title of the review, e.g., “Supervisor’s Review of the Master Thesis.”
- The title of the thesis being reviewed.
- The full name and academic titles, if any, of the thesis author.
- The final proposed grade, both in verbal and letter form.
- A detailed specification of the workplace of the reviewer´s workplace.
- The date on which the review was prepared.
A list of all State Examination questions is available here. (The list will be continuously updated to reflect the academic progress of English-speaking students.)
