The Dean of the FNSPE CTU in Prague announces a selection procedure
for 4 academic positions of Assistant Professor with focus on physics of plasma and thermonuclear fusion (1 position), nuclear and particle physics (1 position), mathematical physics (1 position) and quantum technologies (1 position)
at the Department of Physics pursuant to Section 77 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll.,
on Higher Education and on Amendments and Additions to Other Acts
(Act on Higher Education), as amended.
We require:
- at least 5 years of research experience in the respective field,
- publications in the respective field,
- experience from foreign institutions,
- teaching experience at university,
- knowledge of the English language.
Expected job description:
- Teaching compulsory and elective courses within the corresponding study programmes,
- supervision of qualification theses of students of bachelor and master studies,
- research and publication activity in the respective field,
- preparing and solving research grants.
